Our Attorneys
Michael O'Hagan graduated
from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation, he was employed by the
City of Atlanta as a Police Officer. He later obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College
of Law. While pursuing his Juris Doctor, he continued his employment with the Atlanta Police Department while working for
a plain clothes, crime suppression unit. Upon his departure from the Atlanta Police Department, he clerked for the Department
of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and interned with the Dekalb County District Attorney while practicing under the
Third Year Practice Act. He was employed by the firm as a law clerk during his final year of law school, and upon graduation,
accepted an associate position with the firm. He currently specializes in Family Law/Domestic Relations, and also practices
General Liability Defense and Criminal Defense. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar.
David Studdard
is an Atlanta native who Joined the United States Navy upon graduation from high school. After
his honorable discharge in 1988, David Joined the Atlanta Police Department and was among the first officers to be
assigned to the Department’s new and elite "Red Dog" narcotics task force where he quickly rose to the rank of team
leader. After three years he was promoted to the S.W.A.T. team where he was decorated for valor. During the final
five years of his career with the department, David was promoted to the rank of Detective and worked in the Crimes against
Persons section investigating Homicides and Sex Crimes. While with the Atlanta Police Department, David attended
Mercer University and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to attend John Marshall Law School in
Atalanta and completed an internship with the Fayette County Solicitor Generals Office where, under the Third Year
Practice Act, he prosecuted misdemeanor cases. Upon Graduation from law school, David practiced family and criminal
law in Jonesboro Georgia. He then took a position with the Griffin Judicial Circuit as an Assistant District Attorney
and was the chief narcotics prosecutor for Spalding County. David accepted an associate position with the firm in 2007
and specializes in Family Law/ Domestic Relations and Criminal Defense. He also practices General Liability Defense.
He is admitted to the Georgia Bar.
